Processing Time

Each order is carefully prepared and packaged by hand. Most ready-to-ship items (prints, cards, and crochet pieces) are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom and made-to-order pieces, such as home portraits or personalized card sets, may take 2–3 weeks depending on the project. Estimated processing times are listed on each product page and client will receive weekly updates.

Shipping

Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days for domestic U.S. orders. Please note that shipping times may vary based on carrier delays or holidays.
